We are very pleased to announce that Emily Barrett (whom many of you know from our Saturday classes) will be joining Alina as co-director this fall. Emily will be doing the registration and will be available to answer your phone and email questions as you plan for fall classes.

Welcome to a great new teacher!

We are very excited to welcome Rebbecca Oppedisano to our teaching staff. The mother of three children under the age of six, and a former elementary school music teacher, Rebbecca has completed her Music Together training in Princeton and is now a registered teacher ready to teach the winter session. Rebbecca will be teaching clases in Liverpool as well as late-afternoon and evening classes in Syracuse. We know you will enjoy her classes very much!

Fall 2007 news

The fall schedule is now ready!

We will be adding some new teachers soon, allowing us to re-open the late-afternoon and evening classes, and expand into the Liverpool area, either this fall or in January. Call for updates!

Director Alina Plourde will also be teaching some classes this fall for 5-6-year-old children and their parents. Please call us if you would like more information about these classes for older children.

Come sing with us this summer!

Summer is a great time to sing and dance with new friends. We hope you'll join us to learn new songs and activities you can do all week at the park, in the pool, and at home on rainy days.

Spring session starts soon!

Spring is a great time for Music Together! Most of our locations have an outdoor place to play before or after class. You'll have plenty of new songs to sing on the swings or while running around with your Music Together friends.

Get ready for winter!

Director Alina Plourde will return to teach on Tuesdays, with baby Leo along to assist.

Lots of changes coming!

We are excited about some new changes this fall. Director Alina Plourde is expecting a new baby late this summer, and will be taking the fall semester off. Joining Green Lakes Music Together this year are new teachers Laura Enslin and Erin Jacobs, and administrative assistant Janet Rubleske.

New locations and times!

This fall, due to popular demand, we are adding more locations and times for classes.

New times include Thursday 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. classes, and an expanded Saturday schedule.

We are also pleased to offer Saturday classes at the Jowonio School this year. From our old Saturday location in DeWitt, Jowonio is just two miles further west on Genesee St.
